Our client is a fast growing and international Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) company that provides innovative logistical and RFID tracking solutions to manufacturers looking to increase their performance in terms of productivity, safety and quality.

JOB SUMMARY

Due to its continued expansion, the company is hiring a Sales Manager who will be responsible for selling high value-added solutions and for managing large technical projects within the United States.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business and minimum 5 years of experience with complex hardware & software sales in an industrial environment
  • A proven track record of working closely with industrial customers through product demos, use cases and implementation of IT solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven experience in complex sales negotiations and project management
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Ability to work with an international team with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; capable of working independently or with the team

Preferred:

  • Sales experience in the area of Microelectronics, Aeronautics, Transports or Defense
  • Experience managing a large sales territory
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced and fast-growing organization
  • A sound appreciation of Innovation and Technology Management
ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Compensation:

  • $90,000 – $110,000 base salary + variable

Location:

  • Downtown Miami
  • Hybrid work options are available

Travel:

  • 25%-50% (throughout USA)
  • You will be working from the company’s US HQ in Miami when not traveling
