He first worked at JP Morgan in Paris before moving to New York where he joined US Securities & Futures Corp.
Fabien moved to Arizona due to the events on 9/11, as he worked and lived blocks away from the World Trade Center. There he founded Power Networking, an international business networking platform catered to CEOs and entrepreneurs. In 2005, he co-founded Advanced Resource Group, an executive search agency and today, he is the Managing Partner at Vendome Partners International and he is based in Miami Beach, FL.

Sebastian is a native of Germany and relocated to Scottsdale in 2013.
He has started his professional career in IT at APL Logistics in Hamburg, Germany and has worked several years in Marketing and Sales at Eurofins Scientific in Germany (a world leader in food and biopharma product testing.)
Sebastian has also established and co-founded a profitable international training facility for Ultra Trace Analysis located in Germany. He organized and marketed worldwide conferences, corporate events, workshops and trade fairs for international customers.
Sebastian holds a B.A. in Business Administration with emphasis on east Asia and brings numerous years of corporate and international experience.

Mitch worked for Shearson Lehman Hutton, eventually changing the name to Smith Barney Shearson, in Atlanta, GA, before moving to New York City in 1996.
He was recruited by Trinity Management to assist in the development of their hedge fund, along with the build-out and management of a proprietary equity / option / fixed income trading desk.
In 2002, he co-founded Lempert Brothers International USA, a Broker-Dealer in which he ultimately became President.

Armelle is bringing passion, drive and motivation in her new endeavour to advise and support companies’ management. She created SHARELEV LLC to provide consulting services including brand management, organizational audit and talent management.
Armelle’s career has been mostly devoted to helping retail companies grow through meaningful customer engagement along with activations across formats and experiences leading to customer conversion.
She spent the last ten years at the helm of the International Association of Department Stores (IADS) where she was in charge of identifying issues most important to retailers around the world. With her team, she interpreted trends and consumer insights and delivered her findings to industry executives in the form of conferences, meetings, webinars and executive reports.
As a result of her willingness to contribute to the future of the retail industry by coaching future leaders, she developed the IADS Academy. The program offers a learning experience to high-potential talents ready to step up to existing challenges and assume future roles within their companies.
During her time at LVMH, Armelle acquired a solid experience in leading the International Operations of luxury brands.
Armelle has an extensive background in marketing and sales in a wide range of industries: fashion and luxury goods, retail and department stores, beauty, and services.

Eric is a native of France who graduated in Electrical Engineering with a Master’s degree from UC Berkeley and an engineering degree in Telecommunications from ENST Paris.
He first worked at ITT and then Schlumberger in Paris before moving to California, joining Apple Computer in Cupertino.
Eric moved back to Europe in 1998, founding and managing Telecom and Networking R&D centers for Lucent Technologies in Edinburgh, Scotland and in Sophia Antipolis, France.
After his tenure as CEO and Managing Director of VIX Technology EMEA, a high-tech leader in transportation ticketing, Eric, his wife and younger daughters moved to Des Moines, Iowa in 2017 to be collocated with his eldest daughter, reuniting the whole family.
For the past 20+ years, Eric has established credibility in setting up, managing and also turning around international and multicultural organizations towards financial profitability. These entailed hiring, assembling and coaching teams in the areas of Sales, R&D, Customer Support, Project Management and Administration.
