We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the companyโs overall business objectives.
Position Description:
As a Key Account Executive, you will successfully:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer acquisition experience within the IT/Copier/Technology reseller market OR working as a Sales Executive with an IT Distributor / IT/Copier Vendor/Manufacturer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Understanding of the IT industry and current market trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
