We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships in the US market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power supply products, a strategic sales mindset, and a proven track record of closing new business and managing large accounts in the companyโs core markets (Industrial, Medical, Transportation and Defense).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Work closely with internal R&D, Project Management and Technical Support teams
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual agreements
- Bachelorโs Degree
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in key account management, directย B2B sales, or business development in the power supply industry
- Strong technical knowledge of power conversion products, including AC-DC power supplies and DC-DC converters
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel within the USA as required (mostly East Coast)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling custom power solutions to large customers.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in the power supply industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Competitive base salary + yearly bonus for an On-Target annal compensation of up to $180,000 / year (depending on experience)
