Our client, an international cloud-based booking and property management platform, is looking for Junior Sales Executives to drive sales across North America and to be part of a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial team.

With its cutting-edge, all-in-one booking suite catered to independent B&Bs, Guesthouses, Vacation Rental Owners and Hotels, the company operates in North America, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Germany.

The position is hybrid and can be based in Austin or Dallas, TX.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunitiesย  by identifying, researching, and analyzing needs for prospects
  • Generate leads and build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects
  • Perform demos of the software offering
  • Understand business needs to deliver meaningful solutions
  • Update CRM and ensure leads data is fully accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle new online subscriptions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service and Onboarding teams to reach targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Junior Sales Executive, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • You are a hunter at heart and have at least 2 years of experience in phone prospecting.
  • Relevant experiences in travel websites, SaaS offerings, eCommerce or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed target.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • You pay attention to details, quickly learn and adapt.
  • Highly agile; ability to stay organized and excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient with common office programs (MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook).
  • Youโ€™re eligible to work in the US.
