In this position you will play a key role taking on the responsibility of the North America Foundry Business Operations of the Company with ambition to serve our customers with outstanding technical and project execution.
As the key contributor of the North America BU, your role will be to manage foundry activities leveraging their strategic foundry partners and to execute the ASIC tape-out activity, including specific ITAR products, and manage wafer deliveries.
Working closely with the global Business Development team, you are the focal point of contact of the company’s key accounts for quotation, new design wins, technical support and technical requirements.
Familiar with ASIC Design flow, you will support ASIC design services supported by the European ASIC Design team. You will have local project management responsibility for your region you will be the owner of your own budget and revenue objectives.
Reporting directly to the company’s VP of Marketing, you will be part of the technical field support team and expected to participate and to contribute not only from your Business Unit vantage point, but also as a member of the technical marketing team broadly.
- Be the Key Account Customer Relationship single point of Contact for all North America based foundry business
- Manage Foundry local Partnership, deploy Marketing and Sales outbound marketing initiatives along with company partners
- Drive and perform Customer’s tape-outs to foundry as well as post silicon services execution alongside Engineering and Supply Chain Operations
- Support PDK/Technology set-up, IP block/Supplier sourcing and advise process requirement, guide Customers from inception to formal GDS2 handover and mask-making
- Grow the Business perimeter supporting Business Development with RfQ and quotation for foundry services, post-silicon services, as well as ASIC Design Services leveraging the Group’s expertise
- Deploy the company’s pre-sales and post processes and support continuous improvement in coordination with Corporate Quality and Operations
- Be the DDTC/ITAR referent officer of the Company and single point of contact for US Authorities
- Report monthly on execution of project, and pipeline/funnel deployment for resource allocation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5-10 years’ experience in semiconductor foundry technical interface role
- Experience collaborating with ASIC design (analog, power & digital) in a positive manner is a key requirement
- Experience working with PDKs and collateral, such as Spice models, DRM/DRC, LVS, RC tech files, is critical
- Experience with process qualification and yield enhancement is a plus
- Hands-on, Autonomous and willing to grow its region territory
- Able to support strategic account management, CRM use
- Exposure to international activities; international experience is a plus
- US Citizenship is mandatory, ability to manage ITAR regulated projects

- Gross base salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 based on background and experience
